Hi,
Been eyeballing a Shimano Expride MH168 rod for a while now to slap my Curado DC on it.
Now that the holiday season is coming, I might have to pull the trigger if it goes on sale.
I've only heard and read good things about the rod (tacticalbassin, etc.) but what is your opinion/experience with it? Curious in general, but especially interested in the MH168 version of the rod.

Not my choice. It’s not a bad rod but it kind of feels off for me. Like all the weight goes to the back of the reelseat. I prefer other rods. There are better rods for that money!

I would definitely recommend them. I have 2 Exprides, ones a 7'2 medheavy and the others 7'2heavy. For 300$Ish i dont think theirs any better choice. I also own a imx Gloomis and megabass Orochi and while i love those rods i think exprides are better for the $$$.
