The smoke must be back because about 20 minutes ago it was a hazy orange. The sun has since set.

Morning, Ed. The smoke is bad around here again too. It's supposed to last for a while too.

Spent the summer doing almost everything but fishing due to responsibilities I did not expect. I was able to get a day in with a guide on a bass boat, and three days in the kayak. All on Stockton Lake in Missouri. Here are some pictures. Had a great time though fish were hard to find

Morning, Doc. That is how you get hooked, you start catching. Good luck!

Fishing report redirection bay

Good morning, loic. Welcome to the Stage!!! Ah, I don't think you will get any replies to your question, loic. Because of a couple of reasons. First, there isn't any Redirection Bay around Seward, AK, there is a Resurrection Bay where Seward, AK. is located. And, secondly, I don't know of any members on the Stage that live in Seward, AK. May I suggest that you call a local mom & pop-bait shop and ask them. There is a famous Glacier to the North of Seward, but if you want to catch fish from shore, go South of Seward on Lowell Point RD, and you will see a small waterfall on the rt. side of the road, and a small peninsula on the left side of the road. Fish that small peninsula and you will catch all kinds of Silvers. Good luck!!! We do love pictures!!!

Good Morning, Stagers!!!

Overnight, Mostly clear, with a low around 63. South wind around 14 mph.
Saturday, Sunny, with a high near 91. Heat index values as high as 100. Breezy, with a south wind 14 to 17 mph, with gusts as high as 26 mph. Hot and windy, not a good deal. But you can do nothing about it.

We are going up to the trailer to see if we can do anything, hopefully, Jim will be up there. Maybe I can help and maybe he doesn't want any help, but I'm sure we can find something to do.

Have a good one folks, and stay safe.

Not a bad day, I had a zillion things to do and most of them fell into place.

We're going up to the camper to see what we are buying. We looked at it once, but kind of quickly. Jim said that it is good and that is good enough for me.

And your bedtime story for this evening:

"Give it to me! Give it to me!" she yelled. "I'm so wet, give it to me now!" She could scream all she wanted, but I was keeping the umbrella.

You were thinking about something else, weren't you? You are a dirty old man!!!!
