Do any of you know about this lake? It Was a pay to fish arrangement several years ago. Then it was purchased nd I am wondering whether that's still the status. It is a great spot lots of bass.

First I've heard of it DD. I'm always game for trying out new watering holes in the OD and since this is just west of Richmond near Short Pump , might give it a looksee. Did some quick research; it's listed on both fishbrain and lakelinks. Checked sat view and looks really remote, at least by VA standards with only one access road swinging by the dam side and no obvious places to park. No residential/commercial development anywhere near, let alone on the shoreline. Don't know what gamefish it's stocked with. Need to do more research. All that to say, It appears to have little, if any, fishing pressure!👍👍🎣🎣

I am not familiar with it. I am in lower southeastern Virginia. Let us know what you find out about it.

I took notice of this post since I live less than 1 hour away. I drove out there yesterday. Absolutely beautiful area. Looks like an old plantation grounds. Lake is gorgeous with a nice concrete ramp. Unfortunately it is all private and posted. Oh well...

That's too bad. It held a lot of promise at least from what I could find out. 🎣🎣🎣
