A short while ago I posted about breaking 2 rods due my own fault, I received a new replacement for no charge(shipping or otherwise) for a twenty year old rod. Just got off the phone with another company, am going to receive a new rod, the shipping fee is $50. Like I said, it was my own damn fault and guess I can’t complain, to replace it would have been significantly more. Guess you can’t get lucky twice in a row.

What company was that BK. 50 bucks for two new poles isn't bad at all 👍

Yeah Henry, I was pleasantly surprised. All rods I’ve broken (and there’s been quite a few) have been due to my own negligence, great that these companies honor their no fault warrantys.
