Well got out a little later than we meant to today but it was worth the wait. I had 14 anywhere from 15" up to 21" at just under 5 pounds. My partner didn't get but 1 in the boat and lost 1 but really enjoyed the day. It is so much fun to catch these nice fish on 4 pound test and the lite rod. To bad the phone went dead early this morning and I didn't get photos of one of my bigger fish was 4.19. I really hate I didn't get the pic of the 5 for myself but that one is stored in the memory banks from now own. Back out tomorrow and the phone is on charge now so hopefully more pics tomorrow.

Beautiful Smalljaw Mike. Do you have a 12v outlet, or cigarette lighter on your boat ? If so you can pick up a cheap 12v charger at Walmart. I have one in my truck and it works great. Thanks for the picture buddy.

Nice Ivey. You said 4lb test. Was you tight lining? Y'all have some fine water down there brother. I have two portable chargers the size of a cell phone. One is electric or solar charger up. Or like Fred said πŸ‘πŸŽ£

Griz, yep 4 pound test tight lining and on that long 7'6" rod with an extra fast tip those fish really put up a fight and it extends the fight cause you just can't house them at all.

I found that out when the 1st fish I caught was a catfish. That was in te 7'6" med-lite. It was a challenge but fun πŸ‘πŸŽ£

Incredible day. Nothing like catching those tough smallies on light gear. So fun. Congrats
