The title says it all. This is the first time in many years that I am not making the turkey right now. The kids and grandkids have other commitments, or are sick with respiratory viruses and covid. No one seems serious, so a lot to be thankful for.

Having a quiet alone holiday is nice sometimes. Christmas Eve we're alone sometimes and it's ok cause the next day will be busy. Don't want to be alone all the time tho.
