I mostly fish Baffin Bay out of SeaWind RV Resort. I'm a Texan from Amarillo but spend the winters at SeaWind.
My goal on the forum is to swap information on what is biting & what bait are they interested in.
From time to time I'll post a few pictures.

Welcome to the Stage hr. A really nice introduction. Those are some great looking fish you caught, and thank you for the pictures. Enjoy yourself here. Thereโs lots of info to be had.

Hello: I have/or will post a story of the underwater structures of ancient worm poop that are now hazards in Baffin Bay. Look for this post today or tomorrow. Just Sayin...RJS

hrfolse, Welcome to the Stage. Nice Red ! Glad ya decided to join us, lotsa TX gulf folks here to exchange info with and some others that just are interested in fishing in general.
hrfolse: Watch out for the worm petrified stools! Look up some of my other posts about Baffin Bay. They exit, I have been there and seen them and felt of them. Run blind at high speed and you will likely have to have an appointment with your outboard dealer! IF you have been there, you already know what I am talkin about.
Tight lines, post us some pictures. Just Sayin...RJS
Thanks RJ. Yes it is a hazzard. I have some mapped on my Loran. It's also a shallow bay around 14' deepest with lots of flats under 2'.
I have tried wading and Casting to reds but the bottom is soft and you can sink to the knee.
Yes, I have tried that too, and failed. I sprained my knee there once. I was going to just slip off the side of the boat and my shoe sole did not come loose from the rail! Just Sayin...RJS
