Hi I’m new here enjoying the site I fish northern NM & southwest Colo. I used to go to Lake Powell in Utah, the lake is so low the boat ramps are dry it will probably take several years to remedy this.

Welcome aboard Preston. Hope you get some water soon. Cant imagine not being able to fish. What do you usually fish for when you can get out?

We all had to learn how to navigate this site. It will get easier the more you use it. One thing if you hit quote reply under the post you are replying to we all will know who you are answering.

Welcome Preston glad to have you aboard. At least as of last month Lake Powell was accessible from the state line boat ramp at Page. Pray for snow in the high country😁😁

Son went on a trip to Navajo dam, had a lot of fun fly fishing.

I fish Powell two months out of the year, one each spring and fall. Bullfrog is launching small boats right now and Wahweap large and small boats. A good website to keep current is Wayneswords.net.

That’s good news I’ve never been to Powell this late in the year

I will start fishing Navajo soon for big trout & pike

I’m 1 hour from Colo. lots of trout fishing there the big fish trout& pike are in NM
