Hi I am Greg marvel lived on the shore my whole life grew up in the Kent Island and Grasonville area currently living in Ridgely and the older I get the more local history around the outdoors and places to fish and hunt I just love was just wondering how old the Williston lake is thank you

GMAR, this is a nation wide site. Kent Island and Grasonville i know of because i am a Marylander too. As for Williston lake where is that located?

Thanks for the info not real phone savvy my 2 boys they are 22 and 26 they call me a dinosaur

You aren't alone, many on here use their phones. I prefer the computer, buttons are easier to see and hit.

Hi Greg! I don't know how old Williston Lake is But it was the best lake in Md. I use to fish it a lot long ago when you could put a little boat in there. I fished from shore a few years ago. I didn't see the no trespassing signs. After I caught these fish I seen the signs and never fished there again. What a shame. That lake is loaded with good size fish.

I know exactly what you're talking about went by there the other day and the water level was really low happens every year around this time think om gonna try Tuckahoe lake a little more this year what's the best rig for those crappies in your opinion thanks
