Give Plumbob a PM. I believe he lived there about a year ago. He knows where the fish are.

We run the marina at Pungo Creek. Just looking for info to share with people asking who are new to the area or just checking us out.

Cee Bee, know your location well lived there for 16 years right off of Wheat Patch Rd. The best and current source are the folks in Little Washington at East Side bait shop. Really helpful staff and Rich the owner darn nice guy.

Have a fishing lodge near by with rooms. Would love to fish up there. Plum has done real well up there when he lived there.

Have people asking about rooms all the time. Could use the info to send them your way. How far away are you from the marina?

Sorry Cee Bee. Messed up on my wording. I was asking if your place had lodging. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

So a houseboat or an RV and fishing boat would be the whole nine yards there..?

2.5 years? That answers why you were asking about where to fish. Like i mentioned Eastside bait shop is a good source also the tackle shop in Belhaven i believe is called Outback. One of the employees there is a guide.

You also wanted to know places to stay and i remember there is a RV park just to your north there on 92. A couple B&B's in Belhaven and in Bath there is Paul's marina right at the bridge also has lodging. Stayed at Paul's when i was building my house.

I found that your immediate areas in the shallower waters were the best for Drum and trout and looked for points along the shore line where the water would flow past. Fishing under docks was always good especially for some reason an end dock on a line where multiple docks were lined up.
