Had a lot of fun. Nice guys giving advice and helping when needed [gutting and cleaning] So now that I know how, I'll be using the rest of my worms next chance I get to go out. Research around here where trout are stocked, I guess. They insisted on breaking their necks after reeling them in. Not sure why. It was a FUN day!

So, what were you using for bait? Pretty nice sized trout you got there. That gonna be dinner tonight?

Nice catching Kandy! Glad you had a good time. They probably wanted to dispatch them quickly, so they don't just slowly suffocate. Thanks for the pictures.

You ever get up to north jersey? I fish waywayonda a lot for the land lock salmon and trout. It’s a very nice clean lake to fish

Nice hefty looking rainbows! Definitely some nice slabs coming off those! Looks like a fun place to fish and share the experience with friends and families. Thanks for posting!

Responded on a thread from yesterday to you about cooking. Used nightcrawlers cut in pieces with bobber. It was so much fun!!

We have ridden the Harley up around there. Beautiful. I just got my freshwater license for this trip. Have always done saltwater. I will definitely keep Waywayanda in mind. The only place I know is where the Rest House is with a volleyball net by the water and swimming. it's an hour drive from here [West Orange.] Would love to know of any good holes if you feel like sharing don't have a fishing boat. Thanks!

They told me they're not good for fileting...too many small bones.
