Back to DVL this morning, and was slower than last two trips. Beautiful day on the water, air 45-70. Water 68-70. Light wind and flat as a pancake most of the morning. Fifthteen minutes into first stop, put Rick on to this nice 3.8lb LMB. Rest of the morning spent catching a few dinks.

Very plump bass hanging on the scale...nice catch! Glad that you got a big one, as well as action on the other smaller prospects. Sometimes you wonder what the fish are saying to each other under water as they view your lures/baits...like..."It's your turn to take a dare...c'mon...do it...don't be a chicken bass!"

Glad you got out , and now wind that always makes for a nice day.
Well be getting my boat out out after next week ! Going duck hunting for the opener with my son on Saturday and Sunday. It's been 2yrs after my rebuilt knee surgery 😫 can't wait love duck hunting as much as bass fishing.
Have a great weekend πŸ˜€
Andy
When I come down and have time we'll have to meet and fish Pairs or DVL.
