I have a wonderful stuffed flounder with crab and a wine & swiss cheese sauce on top. I double the stuffing amount from what's in the recipe. Who doesn't like crab stuffing?

It's tough to get Flounder here, so I have used catfish and tilapia, both tasted very nice. I got the recipe from a Betty Crocker cookbook, that I got as a graduation present from college (1 of the things). It's still my goto cookbook for questions and recipes (Internet too).

A fresh bushel of #1 crabs is now at $250 here in Maryland.

That's make me cook up some fake crab meat. It taste like store bought, but fresh caught will make your tongue slap the back of your front teeth just trying to get at it!!
