Going this morning, gonna get a batch of walleye. 16 is the limit with no size restriction. Last week got 22 walleye and 6 smallmouth bass. Was a good day for 2 people. Like Mondays not many if any anglers out.

It is nice to go to a lake and KNOW that you will go home with fish.

I know how that feels. There is another lake here in wash. on the hood canal named spencer lake it has 2-5 lb rainbows that realy like to chase cowbells w/ a wedding ring plus a live worm. They are real hard fighters, Rick Sitka

I went out on Sat for the 1st time on Roosevelt. Launched at Hunters. Drove around for awhile to check out the area. Trolled a bunch but hardly found anything on the fish finder. Never wet a line. Was told water level just came up a bunch. Any tips for finding Walleye or Trout?

When I troll for walleye stay in about 35-55 ft of water. I use a slow death, yellow smile with red and use a small sinker slide, 4oz sinker ball. I used 25lb braided and cheap 10 lb too attach the sinker ball. They way if you get hung up, you only loose your sinker.
