Only when I can't get a good hook in the swim bait. You can't belive the salty taste they have!!
How I know I forgot my scissor βœ‚οΈ and bite a small piece off to get a better hook adjustment.
Let me know you how you like them.
Good luck fishing and safe times on the water

I do well on the points with them and rock walls and rocky Island 🏝.
Good luck and let me know how you with them.
I fish them 3 different techniques I'll cast and reel when it hits the water use a slow retrieve or cast out and count to 5or 10 and a slow retrieve or cast it out and let it Almost hit the bottom and use a slow retrieve. But you know your lakes and what ever techniques you want to use with the structure you have in you have. And if you get hung up don't worry you can usually get it off I head the boat boat to the spot and go past it a little and it will pop off.
Good luck using them let me know how you do

Hi Andy, how are you rigging these swimsuits? Is that a jig that comes with the blade attached? Are you using it for crappie, will it be good for bass. Thanks for the help. Stay well and tight lines.

I have been catching Bass with the set up . They come in different sizes and weights, the small jigs have a smaller spinning blade you use a smaller swim bait I'll use a 2" shiner square tail.
I have caught Crappie with them. But I have found out after you catch a fish the bait likes to slid down a bit on the hook. This brand of swim baits is very soft and lots of salt injected πŸ’‰ in it.
So carry some super glue and put alittle on the front of the shafts of the hook. I have been using this set up the last 7or 8 times out
And have been doing very well.
Hope you give them a try and good luck with them.
I get them at Turner's outdoorsman it is company here in California.
I'm sure you can go on line
And order from them.
Good luck and safe fishing
Andy
If can't find them let me know.
