Morning all, mid 60's here getting into the high 80's today and humid. Guess I'll be drilling 2x4 studs and rioting in waterline for the new shower today. back is still pretty sore from the 12 shots they put in my back Tuesday so it'll be a slow go. Hope everyone has a great day. May try and go out for a while tonight if the back allows.

Good morning all. 70* and partly cloudy this morning, heading for a high of 82. That's a little cooler but we've still got a shot at a shower today. We've had at least some thunder every day this week. That's enough to keep me off the beach. Something about standing on sand with your feet in salt water with an 11 foot carbon fiber lightning rod in your hand. Which you wave in the air every so often. It's a shame because this is the week sun up and down matches best with high tide activity. Maybe I should go and try for some cats at the dam. The truck is only a couple hundred feet away instead of a quarter mile or more. Had a friend who took a jolt from an indirect lightning strike. Don't plan on joining that club.

Morning Whitey and y’all.
71 heading to 80 and raining 🌧
Still working on the bathroom 🚽. I need to work faster, having to walk across the house to take a pee in the middle of the night sucks. 🤪
Stay safe y’all and tight lines.

Be careful with that Hole Hog Ivey. Those things can put a hurt on you in a split second. Voice of experience.
Hope your back will let you go fishing tonight.

WE FINALLY GOT SOME RAIN !!!
Even got some snow up @ Crater Lake and along the Cascades !
Rained here, most of night, totally unusual for us at this time of year.
Fire season reared its ugly head back in March, and we were beginning to get paranoid about what the summer might hold for us. Enough to abate for a bit, but hope the forecast holds and we get what they say is coming this weekend. We have super low water at EVERY lake and reservoir in the region, some at historical levels. No water for the farmers in the Klamath basin, just over the Cascade mountains from us and one of my favorite fishing/camping lakes on this side, Howard Prairie Reservoir, is listed at......9% full ! ......scary sad !

We're headed towards "less fossil fuel use" anyway, so I think we should use all of that already purchased pipeline materials from the Midwest, to send some of that Texas rainfall to us out West !
As comedian Judy Tenuda always said in that 'New Yawker twang'....."It could happen !"
