Fat little skip jack caught on the return leg of a 1/2 day charter in San Juan. For the pleasure of catches-per-dollar (fun food ratio) I think I'll stick to party boats around the LIS.

Hey Popeye, nice Skip Jack, but what kind of trip was it? Tuna, Billfish? Looks like you had fun. Thanks for the picture.
No doubt, bang for the buck,it's hard to beat the Headboats. Especially if you're foodfishing.
POPEYE01: well, different strokes for different folks! Some only wade fish, others charter yachts, and all in between, depending upon their pocketbooks. You will never know if you don't try it at least once. Just Sayin...RJS
Nice skipjack Popeye, your smile says it was worth the trip. I have fished many party boats in Long Island Sound and also several charters while on vacation and never had a bad day fishing. We love to fish but it's usually not cost effective. Welcome to FS.
