Caught a perch today, was only out for awhile before the wind and rain made me retreat, lol. First perch in quite awhile, don’t usually target them but get one now and then when going for walleye. Sure would like to get into a bunch more of ‘em though!

Nice Yellow Perch Bric, I haven't caught one that big in years. I haven't targeted them either, but usually catch little suicidal ones who attacked a lure twice their size.Your buddy senses the weather changing. Thanks for the pictures.

Nice perch, I've only caught 8-9 yellow perch in my life, a few in Flathead Lake Mt. and some in Ten Mile Lake Or. Good eating, my Mom and Stepdad lived in Pablo Mt, for close to 20 yrs beatiful scenery up there, thanks for the pics,

Mmmm Mmmmm Good! That's what yellow perch is! Mmmm Mmmm Good. Nice plump perch there...absolutely delicious...just like their cousin the walleye! Great setting on that Western lake with your fishing companion to keep watch on that weather moving in! Thanks for sharing the photos and storyline!

Thanks, have you ever been to Lake Mary Ronan? It’s near Flathead. There’s some decent perch there at least last time I was there.
