Good morning,
I am new to this forum and wanted to introduce myself. My name is Jason and I live in Springfield Missouri. Overall I love to fish. I fly fish almost every weekend and tie flies regularly. I also love to fish out of my kayak in both rivers and lakes with my spinning reels. Recently I have been going up to Stockton lake and catching some crappie and white bass. I have also been going to Fellows Lake but that lake is a bit more difficult. Any advice on that one would be appreciated. Great to be a part of the group and thxs in advance for any advice I’ll get now and in the future.
Welcome to this group. Please post pics of your catch...
small or big. Looking forward to seeing your fish.
Welcome to the Stage Jason, there may be someone coming along soon with good intel for you. As for me, I am not one of them, sorry. Enjoy your time here.

Welcome. I am from Virginia and a longtime Kayak angler. I don't have much input about the water your fishing other than to just experiment with different lures maybe Texas rigged. I don't know if you have ever used a Ned rig. When the fish get finicky, I seem to have better luck enticing a bite with it. It's like a downsized version of a shakey head jig. Here in Virginia the Topwater bite is on with me using Frogs in the pads and whopper ploppers. One thing I have used a lot lately is a rooster tail spinner on an ultra lite catching bluegill, crappie, yellow perch, bass and pickerel. Good luck and post a report and maybe some pictures of you get a chance

Welcome to the Forum, Jason, I'm sure you have been on the White River in Branson. I think it the best fly fishing in the lower 48.
Welcome to the stage Jason 👍
