Hi! I'm looking for some recommendations for hybrid fishing/trekking shoes for summer time. I'm not looking for wading boots but more for versatile all-around shoes to be used in warm/hot seasons only.

you might look into this style water shoes good luck 👍🍀
I've used wading sandals for fishing but I'm not sure how they would work for off road treks. You toes might pay a price.
Merrill makes just what you're looking for. I have a pair of Keens too, but the Merrills are way easier on and off and gravel doesn't get in em as badly as in the Keens. Both are a very steady platform, good support. That's important to my shaky legs and back! Check out the trail glove 5 on Amazon.
I agree with Spirit. Merrills are great. For sure those that do not let sand, gravel, or dirt in through the vents. Dor that matter, you might want to pair them up with some gaiters.
