I was curious as to how they would do in the moister climate. Have been told that humidity makes a milder pepper.

Can't find hot ones at the grocery anymore. Guess that shoots the humidity theory out the window. Thanks....

Maybe not I’m kinda a wimp when it comes to hot peppers that’s why I buy tamed jalapeño they are just a little warm but has a great flavor.

Cut them in half, fill the cavity with a mixture of bacon bits, onion and shredded sharp cheddar. A few minutes on the grill and it's great for a football game....😃

I’ve used them in the past, they work about as well as any others that cost under $10.00

Ever try cornbeef jerky?

It comes pre marinated.

If you have a dehydrator and like cornbeef it is good.

Do you ride it before putting in dehydrator?

My guess is that you put tension on the line, then go with a downward thrust. Never used one.
