Don't tell her it sounds like a cow peeing off a flat rock, she won't think it is a bit funny.

crazy bill my wife and I are both 86 years old bought a new pontoon boat and started fishing at a little lake here in Texas. she has never fished before and beat the pants off me. I told her next week we will have a class on how to put a worm on the hook, how to cast and how to take a fish off the hook. That did not work but I sure am happy she will go with me.

AWESOME

A pair of 86year-olds just bought a new boat.
Now if that's not inspirational to anyone younger, as are most of us, I don't know what possibly could be !
Congrats on the purchase and thanks for the re-adjustment some of us like me, nearly 20 years younger, can make, to our outlook on what is important in our life's priorities. Here, at 67, I was thinking that a boat I bought about a year ago, might be my last purchase of this nature. Thanks for the shining example you both set !
You ain't really "crazy bill", you be "wise bill", in my book, good on you !

Once you teach them to pee in a 5 gal bucket they are more willing to go.

5 gallon bucket and a blanket and voila, women’s outdoor toilet. The open now on my boat is called the women’s room. All eyes to the stern when the girls head up front.

Now that’s rare. Your wife went steelhead fishing while you were working? Where’d you find her at you lucky bugger?

We have been together for 45 years she always liked to fish. She was so lucky that I bought her a new pole& real , she had a kids pole, I thought that would stop beginners luck. Just made her catch bigger fish Lol
