Hello Ener: I posted the Texas G & F January report on Jan 7th, and it is now located on page 3 of this forum. It gives what and where you might catch em at Rockport, or any other Texas bay. Just Sayin...RJS

Ener Welcome to the forum. I haven't kept up with the rebuilding of Rockport since that last hurricane but I know it got hit pretty hard. That being said, there should be lots of activity as the industry gets going again. Used to be lots of bait shops, boat shops and support people around. Texas Inshore Fishermen is on facebook and they could point you in the right direction. Or give me a PM and we'll go out and get you started.
