Today on the Petaluma River

Saw1 met me at the ramp and we set off, landed 2 smalies and had 4 strikes, not bad for a overcast rainey january day. First time out in almost 2 years, boat worked fine, sun even paid us a viait for a few, the river was dead flat. tight lines!

It was. Wish we could have landed the other 2 or had more bites but that's winter time fishin. I should just be thankful we landed 2 out of 4.

Yes, we did; had a very nice day on the river, just started to rain a little when we were ready to pull up and head back to the ramp. Big shout out to a very nice fellow, Saw, got me out on the river again in my own boat, thanks Saw.

Congratulations Tom for getting your boat back on the water. Nice catch too, if anyone can find them,Saw can. I see that the RattleTraps were working again. Thanks for the pictures.

Thanks Fred. I enjoy goin out with the guys and putting them on fish. Very satisfying.
Can't catch big ones all the time though.
