I've never had goose jerky or jerky made from corned beef. Had a friend once that made jerky from Jackrabbit that was good. I'm intrigued about the other two.

I just slipped and batch of Mexican cornbread in the oven lots of tamed jalapeños in it. Mmmmm

No Lee. I use my oven at 150 deg. for about 4 hours. Jerky is mot suppose to be moist.
I have on of those hook removers. Got it at a yard sale in an old aluminum tackle box. and the word is
E-jerky. you get it off the internet. LOL

I'm gonna have to try that, and i didn't mean moist moist i just meant not dry like wood chips but chewy like it should be

I was curious as to how they would do in the moister climate. Have been told that humidity makes a milder pepper.
