I was just looking at a Megabass Big M 7.5 crankbait.
$34.99. Wow.
Got me to thinking. What is the most expensive bass lures you routinely use?
Mine is Megabass Vision 110s at $25 a pop. Crazy expensive, but my hands down favorite jerkbait in all depth models.

I also throw a lot of Strike King and Rapala. Both make some of the best hard bait lures in my opinion

The X rap is good. Sometimes out produces visions for some reason. At least they have for me on occasion Not too expensive

Lucky craft pointers are also pretty good. They are ONLY $15.00

Ben: for those kind of prices, I think I'd be tempted to jump in and try to catch them by hand! Just Sayin...RJS

I'll stick with my KVDs, and RipStops for $10.00 ea. For $25.00 ea. They better jerk more than fish.

Offshore lures are a different story, and the fish are much more exciting.

I can’t bring myself to try lures that expensive. Whopper Popper is as high as I go, which I think is around 12-15$.
Where I fish I could loose it the first throw.

OMG losing one is a bad day !!! Try everything to retrieve. Fu(# he fishing hole!!!
Megabass vision 110s are super fragile. Way too much in my opinion.
Don’t wanna beat em on rocks that’s for sure. . Pointers are more durable. If I’m fishing rocks they get the nod.
Where megabass visions get interesting is the. Plus 1 and plus 2 series. Deeper work and perfect suspension.. 6-11 range. That’s what it’s all about for me.
