Anyone care to guess of how bottomcoon came up with his username?

I know when I used to coon hunt with my bother, he would yell at me; bottom coon! Meaning that I was to shoot the bottom coon first so that the others wouldn't jump out to the tree. Any ideas?

100% correct! I have coon hunted for over 50 years and if you shot the top coon all the others would scurry down the tree after that one and the chase was on again. So depending on how much fun you were after it was usually the bottom coon and work your way up.
