Cheap cottave on estuary in FL panhandle?

Hi Folks, does anyone know of a reasonably priced to sell small house or cottage located on an estuary of the FL Gulf of Mexico near Mexico Beach, Port St. Joe, Carrabelle, AlligatorPoint, etc.? We’re retiring next May and looking for a reasonable location within a mile of the Gulf. Preferably buy but also open to very reasonable rental near the Gulf panhandle. I live for our Gulf fishing, crabbing and shrimping vacations. Any help and suggestions will be very much appreciated.

Water front property kind of expensive. Mexico Beach beat up from hurricane, some property for sale there now? Some fine fishing up there! Research Gulf County Property Appraiser /search records/maps zoom to interested area and see values of property. Enter address, etc. to research too. Good Luck
