I can now call it "The almost done boat". I still have the front hand rail post, the seat and the "T" top to make.

It's not done until you put fish from the water in it.

Are you building it from scratch or rehabbing an old boat?

That's fantastic, is this your first build? How do you know how to do this?

This is my third boat. The first two were just small skiffs. I kind of went all the way with this one. I look at a lot of builders and picture's of the idea I wanted. I sat down with a ruler and started drawing out what I wanted.
The rest was building what I had drawn. I pretty much knew what it would look like before and during the build, along with some trial and err. I had to recut a few pieces until it was what I wanted and fit. It's not perfect but not too far off.
My uncle and father were wooden boat builders, now both passed, so I had a little knowledge of what was going on and how to do it.
I took a drafting class in High school which helped with the drawing part.
If you can think of what you want, draw it out with measurements the rest is knowing the materials and fasteners, then go to work. Watch a few videos also helps. U-tube has a lot.
