Greetings All
I am a lover of outdoors, I love taking my Sons fishing, Living in Southern California all we have are man-made reservoirs, I have found it really tuff fishing these man-made lakes that are stocked with hatchery fish, I was wondering if anyone out there in fish land has a good way to fish these types of lakes,,????

I went to marine fishing. I think the fish are healthier for the most part. I find there are a great deal more varieties to target. That keeps me looking, learning and pursuing from a wider selection. You know what they say about variety!

When fishing reservoirs I find the closer to shore I fish the more fish I catch, also if i fish cold fronts or light of the moon fish are very hard to come by.

Ford Fender with a short leader with power bait on small treble hook trolling. Ford fender or other spoons etc with wedding ring with worm or shrimp on. change colors of power bait or wedding ring lure until you find out the color of the day. Big Bear Lake has fish....there used to be HUGE catfish several feet long cats. Trout etc.
