Fished a bunch this last week like three different lakes. I've been to all of them before. Caught em on gigs rubber worms 12inch, swim baits, bullgill pattern, and the frog bite has been good in the morning but evening has been terrible. But all the lakes I'm going to are still a mix of spawners, post spawners and pre spawn. So sometimes it's tough. Go hours with no bites sometimes but seems to me high sun bright is best be ause it's easy to figure out where they r. .... In the shade. So that's when I do my best. Have had the biggest and best early morning. And I lost two monsters one on a frog jumped and threw it at me, and one on a shaky head which might of been personal best. So happy fishing everyone. Enjoy the pics!!!!!!

Nice catching Bigwilly! I've never seen such healthy bass before. What lakes or rivers are you fishing in Nj ?

Snakeheads, there evasive species and we're supposed to kill them. But I have a hard time killing anything I'm not going to eat. They are various predators and reproduce in massive scale. They r a problem around here. I lose so many lures because of these things but when u put a steel liter on they won't bite. They are totally site fish. So night time the bite for these die. But they will destroy rubber frogs. And you have to have reinforced hooks or they will straighten them out. Yeah but the markings on this one were gourgeous!!!!

Well then bass were between three lakes or ponds. Lumberton a housing development, strawbridge lake moorestown, and Cooper river Park, Camden area which is making a huge comeback. They did an awesome job down there!

I heard of the snakeheads in the Delaware watershed, but not in the Raritan watershed yet. They will probably show up soon through the D&R Canal system. They are very aggressive and will destroy native fish populations.
