Chuck I only anchor when when I'm in a happy place.
I soak it in for awhile.
Then I'm off to see the other side of the mountain
Go around the next bend to discover what awaits me.

I try to make the best of every day (especially when I'm on the downhill side) so I look at yesterday and learn from it and try to make today better and I'v found out that if I can make someone else's day better then I've had a great day, hope everyone has a wonderful day, Chuck
Chuck when I turned 70 I told Bug I was officially n old man.
Then I decided 75 was officially old.
Now I'm 76 n figure officially old only happens when we let it.

Dave I have a wellness appointment Fri.
If you've never had one it's annoying.
Ask questions I feel they don't need to know.
I have a clean bill of health. What else is there.
Unless the want to pay my bill.
Already told them if I'm going to be permanently bed ridden put me down.
The vet was good enough for for my dogs.
It's good enough for me ππ

Yeah, Iβve had a few. Like you said, itβs more of a questionnaire than a check up. But at least we get up to date with the vitals and can ask questions if needed and Medicare pays the billβ¦

My wife should work at that place.
She asks more questions than 10 reporters. π€£
