there are lots of seasoned fish batters on the shelves.I like the louisanna spicy myself but ther are many good choices.filet them and fry in canola oil .Hush puppies and fries and a nice salad.Manoh man Im getting hungry!
Clean, dry, dredge in light coat of yellow mustard, season with a Cajun blend, coat with a cornmeal based fish fry, deep fry. Heaven with a crunch!
I like to keep pan fish real simple. Salt pepper, sauté in good butter and maybe a little squeeze of lemon.
Simple is definitely the way to go. Scale em’ - leave the skin on. Roll in flour, fry until crispy in vegetable oil, and season with a little celery salt.
Put on oak plank, butter salt garlic bell peppers strip of bacon. Put in oven at 400 for 3hrs pull out, through fish away eat the plank!
Use some “Slap Ur Mama” seasoning
dip in milk and 2 eggs mixture in a bowl; roll in flour with little salt, little pepper;275 degree crisco in fryer until it floats...
