I do appreciate you reaching out. I have not yet been able to go fishing on the Green. I have decided to use a guide that only guides in the Green River. Best of fishing too you also.

Thank you for putting me on your buddy list. Going to book my guide for around the middle of the month. I had forgotten about the shad spawn, water temp needs be warm around 70's I think. I went to Green River Lake today with my gf we caught 5 keeper bass the biggest was about 2 and half pounds. Lost another keeper. Kind of slow day. Mostly on big worms

Glad to hear you had some excitement on the Green. Were you using live worms or plastic? I have had good luck using purple worms for trolling and casting. How were you fishing, trolling or casting? I love the rush were a Bass hits the bait, I'm always sure it's going to be a 5 or 6 pounder. Congratulations on Bass you all caught. I've had several times of getting skunked. I hope to be fishing the Green in a couple weeks. Have a wonderful evening. TTYL
