A friend took me to his son's privet pond. I not much of a fresh water person but I had a good day and enjoyed the outcome. Got 27.

All cleaned and vacuum sealer in the freezer except the ones I'm cooking tonight.

Did you filet them or scale them?

Scaled them. I get a little wet but I scale them with my water hose with the nossle on jet setting.

Way to go Gordon, those are some awesome bream. Now lets hope that there is a fresh stream feeding the pond so they won't taste like mud.

I hope they don't taste like mud Bucky. That's one reason I enjoy saltwater fish.

WOW! You probably have a sore arm from all that reeling. Lol..what were you using blood worms? I have a couple of friends with a well stocked ponds. I just don't like fishing freshwater and hate handling worms.
