I'm from the great lakes n wannatry sum fishing from the apache peirce any suggestions what to use n where the fish are

Thats the best pier in Myrtle Beach. Use shrimp on a double bottom rig with a #2 hook. Get just outside the breakers or in the breakers. Whiting should be running good right now. They are here. Enjoy your visit.

Keep in mind about 1/4 of the pier (ocean side) is closed for repairs due to Hurricane damage. The repairs are in progress and will be going until June. If your coming after that you should be fine. Plenty of fishing still taking place, just a little less room.
