How are the water ways heading out from Cape Coral. I understand several boat ramps are still closed. Any insider info would be good looking at renting home on treasure lake? Thanks

Can’t speak to Sanibel but around Estero Bay and FMB the waterways still have much debris in them. Also the red tide has been impacting that area for months. I hope that by the summer the red tide will be out of there. Know a few guys who typically go out if CC but they have been doing Port Charlotte instead

Red tide was accounting for significant fish kill in the area last month. Was out 2 weeks ago, no fish kill but the weather stank. The area is still hurting but there are fish. If you're coming, spend some cash at the local eateries. They're spinning back up and can use the patronage. Thanks sir. Wishing you tight lines.
