Recipes needed

I need your recipes to complete a cook book " Recipes For Sportsmen By Sportsmen"
Seeking recipes for the following
Raccoon
Oppossim
Snake
Bear
Mt Goat
Wild boar
Pheasant
Rabbit
Nutrina ( don't think I spelled that right)
And of course anything unusual.
Please keep the species indiginnis to the United States.
I'm not trying to exclude the good people of other nations so forgive me. This is a private small scale venture. Totally self funded. If I were to include recipes world wide that would take multiple volumes. Something I can't afford.
Thanks 👍

My wife, Linda Smith improved upon this that came from a defunct restaurant in Bangkok.
Potted shrimp ala Two Vikings
one onion, four garlic cloves sautéed in 3 tbsps of olive oil until softened
stir in one pound raw shrimp with 1/2 teaspoon of rosemary and paprika, salt and pepper to taste.
Add cup of dry white wine and let cook for a few minutes.
stir in 2 cups of tomato sauce, 2 tbsps chopped Italian parsley, let cook 5 minutes.
Add half cup white cheddar cubed, stir till almost melted (sometimes mozzarella cheese instead)
put in dishes. top with a dollop of sour cream and chopped Italian parsley as a garnish.
