Hi guys , I just found your page yesterday and thought I'd give it a try. I'm located in eastern NC. My primary fishing now is fresh water creeks rivers and mill ponds or lakes. I've been out of fishing for years and just now getting back into it. Looking forward to sharing information to better our experience in this great pass time.

Hey Pickle where in eastern NC are you fishing. I am just south of Belhaven and fish the Pamlico.

Welcome Pickle, growing up I fished a lot in Bertie county in ponds, wide deep creeks and the Chowan river. We'd mainly used minnows and crickets. I wasn't introduced to artificial until later

Currently in Johnston Co. just outside Raleigh. Soon to be moving back to Duplin co. I used to hunt Hyde co years ago with Hydeland Hunting club. Fished the lake up there and the big and little alligators.

I just moved to Johnston Co in 2017 but I have been on the road working away from home the past two years so I don't know many people from Johnston.
