Did anyone ever consider if China could drop little packets of something like C***d as it drifts, and is steered by its propulsion system, across the US, to start a p******c if we were at war or as a precursor to war and this was just a test?

Because China, in the lab, was working to make a v***s that replicated faster and was deadlier. So once you get one you like, you work to make a v*****e to cure, but you keep it secret from everybody else, even your allies. This version got loose before that, so everybody had to scramble to find the v*****e even China. The book "Don't give an inch" talks about those Chinese scientists who were working in lab, were some of the first to get a V***l illness and Chinese Scientists that talked about it escaping from a lab, not from a Bat, now have disappeared, imagine that!
