I assume that you parked on the State Fair Grounds at Cal Expo and where I have stayed many times in their RV Park.. rough area.. here in Washington even if law enforcement witnessed this happening and the bad guy ran or drove off with you vehicle all that would happen is watching the Bad Guy going on his or her merry way... it is against the law to pursue.. this includes traffic violations on the freeways... everything is upside down... Rant all you want Grit. You're right about all that stuff. The judicial system is n absolute disaster. Police are the ones wearing cuffs. Read about a couple officers that got charged with homicide. They was in pursuit of robbery suspects. Accident occurred someone died. Punishment doesn't come close to fitting the punishment.The solution to the problem is punishment the innocent 🤔.
