Glad to see my neighbor is still alive and well as I haven’t seen her since Groundhog Day.

She has no brown on her, so I don’t think so, but she is not a true albino, either as she doesn’t have pink eyes, nose and hooves. She is just a good-sized, healthy white doe.

I saw one following a Whitetail herd across the road a few years ago here in NC and you can't help it but do a double check.

Yes Sir…a whitetail doe! They are pretty rare, so am glad she is still around.

I can't remember ever seeing one, John, and we have many whitetails around, but they are all normal.

I have seen 3 in my life (including the neighbor). One pure albino in the U.P. and another white one about 35 miles away. We had a piebald on camera with white legs (looks like she is wearing socks) where I go hunting and have only seen one more of those as I was driving.

Never seen a white one, but we'd have some Calico deer down here. This one is on Seabrook Island about 15 miles from me.
