Good morning, Mark, and welcome to the Forum. Are you talking SPI in TX.? If so, surf fishing has never been great in SPI. Maybe could be decent down toward the Jetty. and off the Jetty is decent sometimes. Sometimes the Pier in Port Isabel will kick out a few. Good luck.
