I have a lot to be thankful for. I have my health, the love of my family, no money worry and then I also consider all of you stagers as my friends. We might not agree on everything but we try to support each other when we know that things might not be going good for one of us. Yes I have a lot to be thankful for. How about you?
Hope you all have a wonderful blessed thanksgiving my friends.

I have so much to be grateful for; a loving wife and family, a roof over my head, food on the table, joy in my heart, and most of all, my Heavenly Father who supplies ALL my needs everyday.

Have you tried green chile powder? Both are good.

Frank,
I've never tried green Chile powder. I usually roast and freeze a bushel of green Chiles every fall so I never thought about powder.

You just dry the green chiles than grind on a blender. Use mask if using hot spicy as your nose will burn with the powder that comes out of the blender. Add a little garlic powder. Use it like salt on food. It is very good.
