Been fishing since I could catch a worm in the garden, and I'm still at it.
Had to give up hunting but I still fish and shoot.
I mostly fish from the bank now for bluegill and catfish.
My shooting is confined to .22 rifles, pistols, and revolver.

Welcome to the forum bugeye. I have the same type restrictions but the fishing is still fun and relaxing and I hope this finds you doing well. I can't even pick nightcrawlers anymore but I'm still fishing.😃

I've been catching little shrimps in a creek by my home at 2-3 years old. Started fishing at 3 and never stopped. Now over 70 and the passion has never been greater. I also make my own lures targeting pompano and barracuda. Been blessed with good catches.

Welcome Bugeye, Still fishing too, want to hunt too! Just so much physical activity per day, nowadays limits outdoor activities! So I don`t as often, its OK, got many great memories and will still have a few more. Never give it up!

I'm in my 80's and still fishing regularly and hunting every year. Thats the stuff that keeps me going. When you stop these activities, its the first step toward the cough. Keep pushing through old age, it pushes back hard but you can also use fishing and hunting, (and a good wife) to keep you young.

Fishing never leaves your inner being.
Digging in the soil for worms and grubbs.Flipping
rocks for flies.Wading in too deep every time!
Your first Bluegill or Perch,Remember?
All the smells and memories...let them keep coming.dirtclod Az.
