Gmblazer - as AndyB, the Stage Frogmeister replied to me a couple weeks ago when I asked the same question, "I'm going with frogs till they bounce off a thin layer of ice on the lake." And he wets his line in northwest PA.

Definitely work that frog at French Creek. I went up there on a scouting trip but didn't have my boat.

Well here I am camped out in the back of my truck. Chesapeake Bay tunnel bridge is on level 1 restriction, so I'm in the rest area with a couple hundred trucks and cars. Wind is blowing 40 Mph Had planned on sleeping here tonigh t anyway. Nice comfy bedroll down one side of the Tahoe. Other side is all gear and food. Good njght all. Sleep well.

Hi gmblazer, I'm in Delaware county and here the pickings are limited. We have a super great reservoir, called Springton Lake, but the affluent people on that lake have been able to cut off outside fishing. Some people are working to reverse this and hopefully will succeed.
What lakes or ponds have you found productive and are they fishable from shore? Thanks in advance.

Safe home. Fortunately no hurricane to deal with. Stay warm.
Hi there Anybass I found a lake called Chambers lake it has Large and smallmouth bass, has catfish, white suckers, black crappies, yellow perch, RB trout, chain pickerel and Tiger Muskie first took place in 2000? this is in Chester county.
I fished there a couple weeks ago. It's an electric only lake. According to people I spoke with, there are no small jaw caught there. I did catch largemouth and bluegills, and a pretty good crappie population.
