Heard the bite is off at Berryessa so I thought I'd try Hennessy from shore. Was going to use lures, worms and trusty Power Bait. Anyone catching bass? Thanks folks!!

Haven't heard any recent reports. Also haven't fished that lake in years.

Fished with a couple other guys and all that any of us caught was a small blue gill. Talked to a guy on a kayak who said that the bass have moved to the deeper water over by the dam. Not much close to shore. He was using grubs and live worms. He said plastics work well also. Time to take the dingy out of storage! Went to Berryessa. It's really low. The free ramp is closed, no water. Going up to Tahoe in a couple of weeks. going to fish the Carson, Red Lake, Caples and maybe Silver.
