I was wondering is it possible to mono-back braided line on a spinning reel like the Shimano Sienna FG Spinning Reel?
Cause I really wanna know and the lines I’m thinking of using are Ande Monster Fishing Lines, 1lb/ 20lb & Sufix 832 Advanced Superline Braid 20lbs

I always use cheap backing on my spools. Spool designs hold way more line that you will ever need. If you need more than 50 to a 200 yards of line to land a fish it is likely your drag is set too loose.
Not only agree that you can, but in fact you should in my opinion. I always put mono backing on braid as it keeps the braid from spinning on the reel. Mono gives it something to bite into. Common practice here in the Northwest.
I do it every time braid or floro
