G-mornin knuckleheads. Rain here today changing to snow. No accumulation but only 35 for high. Avg high is 50. Re-fi closing tomorrow comes at perfect time. Going from 30 to 15 yr. Dropping interest rate to 3.25. Wiping out CC debt and getting some cash.
An elderly man was a witness to a crime. The detective was questioning him to get his eyewitness account. "The man with the beer belly grabbed a wrench," the senior said. "Then what happened?", the detective asked.
"It was a gut-wrenching moment," the senior replied.

Good morning G and all to follow, glad to hear about your refi G, that’s gotta be some weight off your chest. As far as the weather goes , we’re getting some flurries now and then some snow showers. Only 2 inches or so expected, then the temperatures with drop to single digits. Everyone have a great day!

Good morning Greg, Brad, Grizz, Doug, OJ, and everyone. 36° and raining here, starting to change over to snow in the hills. Going down to 31°or so by noon, and should have 2"over ice by then.
