New to the area and heard that fishing at Fred Howard Park was a good place to go. Any info about that location would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Fish the bridge on your way out to the beach using live shrimp

Water's kinda cold for fishing the grass but you'd probably do better on the bridge. Live shrimp.

Fish from the 2nd bridge you come to. Watch the tide. You want to fish from the side of the bridge where the current will take your line out. It will change directions with the tide.
Live bait ( shrimp), little to no weight.

If the water warms and the sun is shining you may even get a Trout to hit a lure over the grass. Don't discount anything till you try it.
